Bath

We arrived in Bath and stayed in a B and B called: Toad Hall.  The town was really cool and we wandered around all evening, joining a comedy walking tour of the city.  The next day we got up early and went to the Roman Baths at 9am.  Nobody else was there for about half and hour so we got some really good photos.

We had to walk across that bridge to get into town.  The parking is a nightmare so we used the car park next to a cricket ground and wandered over.  Unfortunately it has a narrow footpath and a car went right past and covered my legs in wet water from a puddle on the road.  Nige thought that was hilarious.  Luckily, we were going straight to the Baths and with all that lovely warm water, there was a lot of steam.  It was warm and toasty and my pants had dried within 20 minutes.  Bliss.

Outside the Baths, it was a wet day in Bath.  Luckily we had umbrellas. Our feet got soaked though.
